User Experience Analyst - Bilingual
Job Description
The User Experience Sr. Analyst is a role strongly contributing to the research, analysis, and design of digital products and systems. UX partners with Product and Technology teams to create innovative and intuitive digital products that deliver best-in-class user experience and usability for internal and external clients. Activities include discovery and research, definition, ideation, design, management of design systems, and delivery of interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs to development partners.
The UX Design Group’s primary goal is to research and design products and solutions that are streamlined, intuitive, consistent, accessible, visually appealing, and easy to use, anticipating client needs whenever possible.
Responsibilities
- Conduct meetings with users, clients, product sponsors, and technology teams to understand project requirements.
- Perform UX research, define information architecture, user journeys, and create personas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, product managers, and developers to co-create ideas and solutions.
- Perform usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Axure, and Adobe Suite.
- Apply constructive attitude to feedback and contribute to design systems.
- Ensure compliance with ADA/WCAG accessibility standards.
- Support development teams during implementation and conduct UX reviews.
- Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the UX community of practice.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience delivering in Agile environments.
- Proficiency in design tools (Sketch, Figma, AdobeXD, Axure, InVision).
- Experience using design systems.
- Knowledge or interest in banking/finance.
- HTML/CSS development skills.
- English Level: B2+/C1 (mandatory).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
