Job Title: Payroll Analyst 1.

Serves as a pivotal analytical figure within the HR and Payroll operations, tasked with ensuring the precision, regulatory adherence, and overall efficiency of payroll processes. This encompasses conducting comprehensive business analysis of payroll results and executing testing for systematic or process changes when required. The role mandates a profound grasp of risk assessment, strict compliance with regulatory mandates, and unwavering commitment to ethical standards, all while fostering transparency in control mechanisms.

Responsibilities:

Further responsibilities involve managing global payroll controls, processing third-party payments, compiling monthly performance metrics, and overseeing audit documentation and deliverables within defined service level agreements (SLAs). The analyst acts as the primary point of contact for general inquiries from HR, Finance, and external vendors, contributes to the creation of annual payroll calendars, ensures the accurate implementation of regulatory changes, and handles employee inquiries through internal tickets in line with the Key Performance Metrics defined by the business. Additionally, the position includes incident report management, procedure’s documentation, and demonstrating adaptability to cover checker functions while maintaining a clear segregation of duties.

Job Position will be Hybrid.
